  1. Reservation within the promo period
    International accounts are defined as follows:
    • A sale made in any foreign country
    • A sale involving a foreign national or OFW
    • A local sale funded internationally as supported by required documents
    • A sale referred by local referrer/ broker /marketing partner where the buyer is outside of the Philippines
    • A sale made to a Philippine national married to a foreign national
    • A corporation with foreign equity
  2. Discount values is based on gross selling price as indicated in the table
  3. Additional item under the "Piso mula sa Puso" promo will be given on top of buyer's discount
  4. Buyer is entitled to corresponding item/s based on the peso level of his/her purchase (subject to change based on availability)
    1. Redemption of items shall be through Avail.at platform
    2. Qualified buyers will be notified by the Incentive Team
    3. Buyer must register to Avail.at website (https://avidahomepossible.avail.at) to redeem the promo item
    4. Buyer to register and dominate his/her official email address, consistent with the submitted final Reservation Agreement
  5. Mini mum CS/BS requirements must be submitted on or before due date
  6. All conditions stated in the promo table must be complied based on the indicated cut-off to avail of the corresponding promo discount values
  7. Applicable for P20,000 and above reservation fee
  8. Promo discount values will be deducted from the Gross Selling Price
  9. This promo is applicable to all projects except for the following

    2. Commercial lots
    3. Baypoint lots
  10. Promo is not applicable to the following
    1. Parking units
    2. Accounts with requests for transfer of unit, change of ownership beyond 45 days
    3. Bulk accounts with special requests (additional discount or any special arrangement) are not entitled to this promo
  11. Proceeds of the "Piso mula sa Puso" will be separately donated by the client to HERO Foundation, in behalf of Avida (P1.00 donation may be dropped to any Ayala Malls Hero foundation cans located at the Cinema or through their GCash QR code or through their BPI account)
